Visual identity for your business

A visual identity connects your brand to the materials your business uses every day. A brief and visual direction guide the logo, colours, typography and consistent applications. Files, guidelines and usage formats are defined in the proposal.

The problem

When every material looks like a different business, the brand becomes harder to recognise. This project organises visual choices and their use in real contexts, considering what already exists and what needs to be created.

What's included

  • Brand, audience, reference and intended-use brief
  • Visual direction and concept presented for review
  • Logo and variants included in the scope
  • Colour palette and typography selection
  • Brand guidelines for practical use
  • Agreed applications, such as presentations or digital materials
  • Final files in the agreed formats and licence terms

How it works

  1. 01Understand the brand, its offer and where the identity will be used
  2. 02Define the visual direction and set of materials
  3. 03Present the concept and applications; revise in the agreed rounds
  4. 04Organise guidelines, files and handover instructions

Scope and terms

Quoted by scope. The number of concepts, applications and revisions is agreed before work starts. Naming, trademark registration, printing and purchases of fonts or images are not implicit. Licences and rights for materials must be checked.

Frequently asked questions

Can I keep my current logo?
We can assess organising or evolving an existing identity. A new logo is not an automatic requirement: the scope depends on your needs and available materials.
What is included in the brand guidelines?
Guidance for the logo, its variants, colours and typography in the agreed uses. Examples and the depth of the guidelines are defined alongside the applications.
Does the project include naming and trademark registration?
Not automatically. Naming and trademark registration are separate work. The visual identity scope and file usage terms are set out in the proposal.
