Music for restless images.
Experimental music, audiovisual narratives and digital collisions by Douglas Pan.
Sound shaped by rhythm, distortion, technology, human instinct and the constant search for something that does not exist yet.

— The Mad Pan does not begin with a genre.
It may begin with a broken rhythm, a distorted instrument, a visual sequence, an editing movement or a machine producing something unexpectedly human.
Every release is an experiment.
Some tracks are made for immersive listening. Others feel naturally connected to moving images, short films, games and the constantly evolving language of social media.
The intention is not to reproduce what already exists. It is to discover what can happen when sound, image, technology and human imperfection occupy the same space.

The Mad Pan is the experimental music and audiovisual identity of Brazilian artist Douglas Pan. Blending rock, electronic music, hip-hop, Brazilian rhythms, digital art and technology, the project creates music that lives between immersive listening and moving images.
There is no fixed genre here.
Rock structures may collide with electronic pulses. Brazilian rhythms may appear beside industrial textures, broken grooves, cinematic atmospheres or manipulated voices.
Each track develops its own language.

An experimental album exploring rhythm collisions, broken textures and digital instinct. Eleven tracks built between machine precision and human imperfection. Listen below — the album is also coming to Spotify and YouTube.
A new album is already taking shape — name still to come. The first track is already alive on this page: it is what you are hearing in the background right now.
BROKEN METRONOME explores the tension between mechanical time and human groove.
Unstable rhythms, raw guitars, tense bass lines, dry drums and controlled disruption create a body of work that feels permanently close to collapse.
Not broken enough to stop. Not precise enough to behave.
Some sounds seem to ask for an image.
This collection brings together experimental tracks created with the movement, impact and visual rhythm of contemporary content in mind.
Unexpected transitions, strong openings, evolving textures, editing points and memorable sonic identities make these works particularly connected to short films, social media, games, fashion, digital art and branded audiovisual projects.
The music remains an artistic work on its own. The image becomes another possible layer.
// Audiovisual experiments will be published here soon — visualizers, AI-driven sequences, loops and short films.
The process may involve instruments, digital production, field recordings, voice experiments, generative systems, artificial intelligence, editing, programming and visual improvisation.
Technology is not presented as the artist. It is one of the instruments available to the artist.
Human direction, selection, imperfection and intention remain at the center of every work.
