Coordinated Project · Lead Capture and Follow-up
Present one priority offer and organise how quote requests reach your team. From the service page to the next conversation, through a defined, tested workflow.
We start with your service, current process and the person who responds. No automatic purchase.
Our initial focus is professional service businesses, such as accounting firms and consultancies, with a defined offer and someone responsible for customer enquiries.
If your current tools already cover this journey, we will confirm that first. If you need something different, we will define an appropriate scope before proposing work.
One responsive page, in one language, with up to six sections. Copy and presentation based on information you approve.
One form with up to eight fields. One workflow across up to two compatible apps, including the form's app: one trigger and up to two actions.
Two consolidated revision rounds across the whole package, journey testing and operating instructions. A team handover of up to 45 minutes.
Tools, actions and the enquiry destination are agreed before you commit. Integration depends on supported accounts, plans and connections. If it is not feasible, we explicitly revise the scope before acceptance.
A conversation of up to 30 minutes to understand your service, audience, process and tools. You receive the scope, terms and schedule to review.
The page, form and workflow are built in the agreed environment. You review the work and approve the information before publication.
We check the journey with test data and provide operating instructions. Publication follows approval and the agreed payment conditions.
Estimated 10 business days after acceptance, verified deposit, complete materials and access, and confirmed capacity. Dates and time zone are agreed in the proposal. Waiting for materials or feedback pauses the schedule.
US$900
Reference price for the scope described. The final proposal confirms tools, requirements, costs and terms before acceptance. Taxes and payment conditions depend on the actual transaction.
50% after acceptance and 50% after review approval, before publication or final transfer.
US$300 per monthly cycle
Up to three hours per cycle for workflow checks, small changes to the existing page and automation, and an activity summary. Meetings and analysis count toward these hours. No rollover, automatic renewal or automatic charge.
Domain, hosting, software, usage and media costs are separate. Additional costs are presented before you commit. Customer service, paid campaigns, a full CRM, migrations, new workflows and ongoing SEO are outside this package.
Which service do you want to prioritise? How do enquiries arrive? Who responds? With that context, we can check whether the package fits and define the next step.
I'd rather talk by emailIt organises your service presentation and enquiry handling. It does not include campaigns or promise lead volume, sales or search rankings. Demand, your offer and customer follow-up also affect the result.
Not necessarily. We first assess what you already use and which connections are available. The publishing environment and any changes are agreed in the proposal.
Your team does. The workflow can record a request and notify its owner; it does not include managing your customer conversations or bulk messaging.
No. Each optional cycle requires confirmation and advance payment. Initial support response is within two agreed business days; resolution depends on the issue.
